Our client seeks an inhouse Trainer and Assessor to join the business for the purpose of delivering a variety of Unit Standard training throughout NZ

About the role

Training will be conducted at all levels of the organisation to relevant Unit Standards and you will also have the opportunity to suggest other areas that may be appropriate and add value to the organisation.

Skills and experience required:

  • Qualified to provide training and assessment to NZQA unit standards
  • Significant experience within the construction environment is required
  • Educate at all levels and abilities within the organisation
  • Practical, pragmatic, with great ability to hold an audience’s attention
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skillset
  • Ability to develop and present a wide range of training
  • High work ethic and outcome focussed
  • Excellent time management skillset
  • Have a naturally positive disposition with energy and enthusiasm to burn
  • Able to travel nationwide

 

About the company

With approximately 600 employees, our client is a company in growth mode, currently operating 5 business units with a mixture of very high/critical risks through to lower risk profiles.

They are seeking someone who is a training super star with the ability to provide the necessary education at all levels of the company to NZQA unit standard level.

Our client is committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for employees, contractors and visitors on all company premises and customer work sites but need assistance to ensure the organisation provides the level of training required to ensure everyone is totally competent in their positions and areas of expertise.
