Our client is seeking an experienced ISO9001 specialist to support the implementation of an accredited system.

 

About the role

We require an experienced ISO systems specialist to support an Auckland based engineering company in achieving 9001 certification. Reporting to the company Director the contractor will collaborate with teams across the business, providing specialist advice and guidance. Based in East Auckland, suitable candidates must have proven ISO systems experience. The initial engagement will be for 2-months, with flexibility over working hours.

 

Duties

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the business
  • Identify gaps in current documentation, highlighting areas for development
  • Function as the subject matter expert within the business
  • Draw together documents and systems as appropriate
  • Report to the company Director and support the inhouse Systems Support Specialist
  • Drive staff engagement and ownership

 

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have solid systems experience, preferably familiar with the engineering or construction consultancy industry. Excellent communication and engagement skills are a must.

This is a standalone specialist contract role. There is a functional reporting line to the company Director and Office Manager. Crucially, you will be able to manage your time, prioritising tasks as necessary.
