About the role

Based in Auckland, you’ll support the NZ Safety Lead in providing practical solutions and up to date knowledge on all aspects of workplace health and safety by building effective relationships with managers, supervisors, HS Reps and workers.

Duties will include

  • WHS System audits
  • Compliance auditing
  • Risk assessment
  • Assisting with development of safe work procedures
  • Incident investigation and support

Skills and experience

This is a fast-paced business where things happen quickly, so you’ll need to be adaptive and flexible. Confident in your knowledge and able to coach and mentor at all levels. Ideally, you’ll be curious and open to learning new things that will support your growth as well as the business, with an eye for process and improvement. Collaboration is key, no clipboards required. 

  • Experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Relevant qualification in workplace health and safety
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Competency with digital, mobile and web-based applications
  • Experience with Mango would be an advantage
  • Clean drivers licence and reliable transport
