Skills and experience

We anticipate you will be working at a relatively senior Advisory level and are keen to really make your mark in all things to do within a Health, Safety and Wellbeing portfolio.

This position will provide you with a pathway to the Board and Senior Leadership Team – and what a lovely group of people they are.

You may not have been there/done that previously, but you will have significant potential to achieve the desired outcomes and this will be a really great opportunity to kick start your career at a senior level, working in a highly proactive manner.

You will be empathetic, engaging, energised and have really solid knowledge of legislation and the latest trends for promoting and providing successful Health, Safety and Wellbeing outcomes.

This is not an entry level role to HSW, however it will provide the opportunity for someone who is experienced in HSW and where money is not the main objective or driver for you personally.

We anticipate the successful candidate will hold a relevant tertiary level qualification and have broad, generalist knowledge in HSW but above all you will need to be the very best organisational fit ever – engaging, energised, fantastic work ethic and eager to make your mark in an empathetic manner.
