Our Client is seeking an astute and driven, up and coming Health and Safety professional to join their award winning Risk Advisory Team.

You will be required to focus on the management and delivery of client engagements.  You will deliver risk assurance and consulting solutions to clients in relation to the development, optimisation and implementation of their Health and Safety strategy and practices.

Duties

  • Executing engagements from scoping to delivery
  • Assisting clients with the identification of health and safety risks and opportunities
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years plus relevant experience in a position focussed on health and safety, either within industry or for a consulting firm
  • Broad range of experience across different industries/sectors across government and corporates would be ideal
  • Experience of delivering and managing complex health and safety advisory or assurance engagements for large organisations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage and deliver engagements on time and to budget
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the application of the New Zealand framework for health and safety and current Health and Safety reforms
  • Relevant management consulting or Big4 experience is an advantage
