About our roles

About you

Any Australian Level 4 Health and Safety Qualifications, NEBOSH, and diplomas are all either easily translated or directly applicable to our positions, so don’t hesitate to bring your Australian experience to the land of the long white cloud.

Some of our current and past positions have had the requirements of:

  • Proven OHS experience and knowlege, preferably in a high risk environment
  • Experience of working in a complex, industrial environment
  • Tertiary level safety qualification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Provide interpretation of legislation in HSE and Quality
  • Identify training requirements
  • Undertake internal audits and coordinate external audits
  • High degree of knowledge and experience within the construction industry
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Suite: Word and Excel in particular
  • Minimum Level 4 Certificate in OHS
  • Solid experience in a high-risk manufacturing environment
  • Experience with hazardous substances is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills
  • 3-5 years civil construction or high-risk industry experience
  • Knowledge of DuPont methodology would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of NZ legislation including HSE, ACC, HSNO and industry guidelines and standards.
  • ICAM Trained, able to manage and close out investigations
