Our client works in the risk and compliance solutions business – We require an experienced (by demonstrated evidence) Regional Operations Manager to manage multimillion operations for NZ.
The company
Our client has been operational for 30+ years and are leaders in their industry.
They deliver risk management solutions that span Environment, Property, Health and Safety.
They offer a broad range of expert services Online Solutions and Training products with 300+ staff based in offices in both Australia and NZ.
The role
The role reports to The National Operations Director (Expert Services) based in Australia. You will be responsible for multimillion $ operations and the expected growth trajectory.
You will have 5 direct reports and work with all levels within the business and its stakeholders
The business operates a consultancy model for staffing purposes and has significant expertise in the property and environmental space.
Duties
- Aggressively but sustainably grow the business against a 5 – 10 year plan
- Analyse the market and future proof the business through adoption of best practice as standard
- Work the metrics to ensure successful financial execution
- Build significant pipelines for the core business and its subsidiaries
- Lead the NZ Operations through planned growth
- The ability to negotiate and deal with contracts and service level agreements
Skills and experience
- You will be financially savvy, running PL with ease
- Proactive in sales, data analysis, extrapolation and action planning
- Have strong people management skills and positively influence a business line
- Well-rounded in Senior Leadership practice comfortable at Board and in strategy / Operational meetings
- Tertiary qualified, accounting, business, entrepreneurship, risk management or similar
- Have the right to work in NZ
