Are you an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Consultant – newly created role / consultancy in Growth mode.

Based in the CBD and working to the Principal we are looking for a highly competent, effective and experienced Consultant who has strength in Environmental and Health and Safety Risk Management.

Our client is a world leading environmental and engineering management consultancy and has well established operational growth in New Zealand.  This is a significant company with a global team committed to creating sustainable, long-term solutions providing expert planning, technical, and strategic services to clients from the public and private sectors.

The role

Due to market requirements, we now have an immediate opportunity for a senior level EHS Consultant, based in Auckland, who will be a key figure in the New Zealand business.  You will be expected to work at both the strategic and highly operational end of the business working for and behalf of clients.

You will be a core team member as the company continue to grow the client base, win new project work and provide clients with outcomes that are critical to the success of their own businesses.  Infrastructure experience will be preferable.


  • Are an experienced Consultant with more than five years Consulting experience, of which at least four will have been in New Zealand, preferably in an environmental and engineering consultancy
  • Have a tertiary qualification in environmental or Health and Safety (Level 6 minimum)
  • Excel in your communications – both verbally and written
  • Are a strong networker and skilled at developing new business, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
