Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Practitioner, someone with great systems and process knowledge plus excellent people skills
The role:
Reporting to the Technical Assets Manager, this role will have a clear goal of supporting and collaborating at all levels – working to achieve activities without incident, harm to personnel, or damage to property, or the environment.
You will have Health and Safety qualifications and experience in a high-risk industry, potentially electricity or gas and an excellent appreciation at an operational level.
Good experience is also required for reviewing, developing and implementing HSE related systems, processes and procedures and competencies at an engineering, technical and operational level.
Your communication style will be one of influence – supportive and collaborative, a mentoring/coaching style.
Strong computer literacy, with excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Experienced with the delivery of training in an effective manner is also required.

- Show initiative – be self-motivated, proactive, identify opportunities for improvement and willing to take on extra responsibility.
