Alison is the Managing Director at edenfx HSE bringing 25+ years’ experience to a challenging and highly competitive technical recruitment environment. Alison’s background is as a Chartered Safety Professional Director and is a founding Director of our highly successful sister company, Hard Hat Recruits.

Alison is a Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner, Certified Member of NZISM, Registered Safety Professional and Member of the Institute of Directors.

Alison values personal growth and contribution and undertakes a variety of charitable work and is also an appointed Board member for the New Zealand Centre for Gifted Education.

Alison has a particular interest in Corporate Social Responsibility whereby organisations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, communities and other stakeholders, as well as the environment. Stuart Gill co-founded edenfx HSE in 2008. He is a BSc SHEM Risk Manager, Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Certified Member of NZISM, Chartered Member of The Safety Institute of Australia and a Member of the Institute of Directors with over 20 years of HSE experience across a number of industries.

Stuart is passionate about his profession and believes that ethical best practice creates social and environmental value and promotes good business. Stuart is driven to ensure that edenfx continues to be the first choice and most recommended Company within the risk management sector.

Suzanne is in her 7th year at edenfx and not an itch in sight.  Suzanne offers a wealth of technical competence to our clients both for recruitment delivery and health and safety expertise.

Suzanne is a long time qualified Health and Safety Professional who enjoys keeping up to date with the latest safety trends, as well as learning from her candidate’s and sharing innovative ideas. Duncan is a highly experienced consultant specialist and joined edenfx in October 2017.

Duncan is a Brit and after spending considerable time travelling around our beautiful country decided to relocate north of Auckland with his young family.

Duncan is results driven for his clients and candidates and enjoys building the lasting relationships that foster good business.

Duncan is now heading up the edenfx HSE Contracting and Search Division, so you will find him and his team actively working with multiple clients and candidates supporting peaks in workflows, special projects, parental cover and backfill whilst permanent recruitment takes place.

Duncan enjoys spending his free time with is young family, playing guitar, cycling and is a keen runner supporting wellbeing in our workplace

Now in her fourth year, Amanda has built her own raving fan club at edenfx.  Prior to joining the team, Amanda had 20 years in high risk manufacturing environments where she demonstrated her genuine delivery of consistently high quality service ensuring process efficiency and health and safety support to NZ, US and Australasian owned companies.

She has exceptional strength in people management, talent management, customer service and client relationships and those that have experienced her services cannot speak highly enough of her care and attention.

Sherry is a fully qualified in-house accountant and enjoys her own continual professional development in the accounting world.

Sherry works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.  She is our in-house House Accountant and is an all-round Xero expert providing all accounts payable/receivable support for our clients and our team.

She also looks after the payroll function, giving her an automatic win for the ‘Office Favourite’ title.

Donna has been in administration for over 20 years and for the last 12 years has worked alongside a number of business leaders as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant. Having worked in a range of industries her broad knowledge and organisational skills help to provide Hard Hat Recruits clients and candidates with the knowledge that they are in safe hands. Now as Group EA she provides support to the Directors of edenfx HSE and Hard Hat Recruits and also manages the day to day running of the offices in Silverdale.

Known for her love of heels (we have never seen the same pair twice), Donna loves to shop with a capital S and is otherwise spotted on the beach or in her tinny trying to master the age-old kiwi art of fishing.

Stephanie has 20+ years Personal /Executive Assistant experience in the legal and dairy industries and a passion for all things HR. She has completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration specialising in HR and looks after our Psychometric Testing as an Accredited Practitioner for service.

She is passionate about company culture, values and staff engagement and has a successful background in event management so a super addition to the edenfx team.

Stephanie is EA to Suzanne and they work closely to provide clients and candidates with a second to none service to achieve outstanding results. She is well versed with all client and candidate requirements and is a trusted source to assist in the first instance.

Out of work Stephanie enjoys her time with family and friends on the Coast and loves to travel and meet new people.

Marizanne is the administration whizz behind Amanda and Duncan. Solid relationships built on trust and quality performance is her forte and she always goes the extra mile putting her clients and candidates first.

Marizanne has great HR and Recruitment experience and relocated to New Zealand in 2016 after living and working in the United Kingdom for 12 years.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, appreciates the great NZ outdoors, camping, cycling, fishing and has recently taken up stand up paddle board. So, if you see Marizanne waving wildly on her paddleboard, please stop and help her.
